Victorum Hot Water

Your heat pump uses the energy in the air extracted from you kitchen, bathroom & utility.
This energy is transferred into your cylinder to provide hot water for showers etc.
There are longer re-heat time for hot water in comparison to conventional boiler systems.
Higher efficiencies are achieve by setting the tank temperature to between 45-55°C & letting the heat pump maintain this temperature.
It is less efficient to turn up and down your cylinder temperature regularly as you come & go from the dwelling.

Victorum Heating

Your heat pump uses the energy in the air extracted from you kitchen, bathroom & utility.
This energy is transferred into your radiators or underfloor heating to heat your dwelling.
It is a low temperature system so your radiators will only feel luke warm to touch.
Higher efficiencies are achieve by setting a temperature on the thermostat that your comfortable with and letting the heat pump maintain this temperature.
It is less efficient to turn up and down your thermostat regularly as you come & go from the dwelling.

Victorum Ventilation

Your heat pump extracts the stale air from your dwellings wet rooms, via ceiling mounted disc valves. (kitchen, bathroom, utility)
This stale air contains useful energy and is utilised by the heat pump if there is a central heating or hot water demand.
Regardless of the heating or hot water status, the stale air is exhausted directly outside.
Fresh air is drawn into your dwellings habitable rooms, via ceiling mounted disc valves/wall grills/window trickle vents. (bedroom, living room)
Both the extract and passive vents are critical to the systems overall efficiency & performance and should not be adjusted.
